SHIPPING: 

Shipping is free over $100! We ship everywhere within the United States.  Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. Orders shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order being placed.  Any order placed over the weekend, will go out  on Monday.

Local delivery is available! Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to arrive! Order will be left at your doorstep. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve items from our upcoming collection before they officially launch. By placing a pre-order, you secure your desired size and style, ensuring you don’t miss out on exclusive, limited-edition pieces.

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your item(s) and guarantees that they are reserved for you. Payment can be made via the available payment options on our website.

Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping date, which will be indicated on the product page. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, please note that delays can occur due to production or shipping constraints. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Once a pre-order is placed, changes or cancellations can not be made. 

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

RETURN PROCESS:

Please understand that we are a small, local business.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product.

 

Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.

 

All sale items are final sale.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Returns can be made by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used online, and the credit expires 60 days. We will email you an e-gift card as soon as we receive your return.
