We had the privilage of working with Lucia to help our little guy achieve his sleep goals and get the sleep he needed. My husband and I used to dread bedtime becaue we knew it would be a fight or that we would be up multiple times at night. Working with Lucia was so easy and so well worth the money! Lucia was always available for a phone call or via text to answer any questions we had when implementing the sleep plan/program. My husband and I feel much more equipped to deal with night wakings. Working with Lucia was wonderful. She is very calm and direct. She provided us with a few different sleep training methods, and we were able to tailor the plans to fit out needs. She is very responsive and checked in morning and night to help us through the process. I think the biggest thing that she provided us with was the confidence to complete the training. Our son was really struggling at night, he was sleeping in our room, and needed to transition out of a swaddle. He is now sleeping in his own room 12-13 hours a night, in a transitional sleep suit. Sometimes we have to wake him up, because he is still sleeping so soundly. We also have no protesting at nap time, he usually takes at least two 1–2-hour naps during the day. It has been great for Otis; we see him growing and happy. I also just feel much more confident with our routine, and as a parent. It makes my evenings not so scary, because I know I can sleep, and so will my baby.

Lucia and I connected on FB after I posted on my local mom group page looking for helpful sleep tips for my then 7 month old daughter, Maggie. My husband and I were desperate for both sleep and peace as Maggie was not only waking us up all night long, but also was extremely cranky all day due to lack of naps. We were in a vicious overtired cycle and could not get out of it on our own. We also were not comfortable with leaving her to "cry it out" for hours until she fell asleep. We hired Lucia to help us with sleep training for our four month old. Our daughter was waking up every 3-4 hours every night, and we were also rocking her to sleep for each nap and every night before bed. Even after rocking, she would sometimes wake up as soon as she was placed in her crib and we’d have to start all over again. We were struggling! We signed up for Lucia’s sleep training program, and in two weeks, our daughter was sleeping through the night! Prior to this, she had never fallen asleep on her own, and afterwards we were able to lay her down awake in her crib for naps and bedtime. Since the day our little Oscar was born, he would wake himself up every three hours, for 10 months straight. We read books, did online research, conferred with professionals and tried numerous guidelines with hope of Oscar sleeping longer. We were told that he was growing, and hungry and we should just continue. But we were exhausted and felt that constant lack of continuous sleep could not be good, neither for us nor the baby.

Lucia developed a customized sleep training program that matched our life style and guided us through every step of the way in a very professional yet approachable, supportive and encouraging way. She reaffirmed us that program would work if we only committed to it. We did. Our little one started sleeping through the night on night two! We were, and still are, in a total disbelieve. I highly recommend Lucia and her services as a sleep consultant! Our 2 year old has struggled with sleep since switching into a toddler bed and since her baby sister was born.
