Breathing meditation allowed me to release those stressor emotions and become more relaxed mentally and physically. By the end of the meditation, I felt a deep inner sense of calm, weightlessness and clarity. The workshop also taught me how to incorporate breathing techniques into my daily life which has been so helpful when those stressful moments arise.
