"A life changing experience..."
A life changing experience for the entire family – that’s how we feel about Lucia’s “Dreaming of Lulubies” sleep training program. Since the day our little Oscar was born, he would wake himself up every three hours, for 10 months straight. We read books, did online research, conferred with professionals and tried numerous guidelines with hope of Oscar sleeping longer. We were told that he was growing, and hungry and we should just continue. But we were exhausted and felt that constant lack of continuous sleep could not be good, neither for us nor the baby.
